At Svekon, we work in team. We are team. It is at the core of what we do. It’s part of our philosophy and the way we operate. This means we perform best when working together. Teamwork inspires and motivates us, ultimately leading to better results and greater satisfaction for our employees. This is how we create the most value for both our clients and ourselves.
We are Team
"We have many areas of expertise at Svekon, but our greatest strength is our unique ability to build flexible, effective development teams."

Our Development Teams are Greater Than the Sum of Their Parts
We aim to offer more than just the skills and manpower needed to complete a task or deliver a solution. To achieve this, we’ve developed a working model that maximizes added value for both our clients and our team members. By continuously refining our collaboration methods—customizing our workplace, maintaining transparency and inclusion with clients and partners, and fostering a culture of mutual support—we deliver more than just a solution.
Access Over 50 Years of Experience
Svekon has over 50 years of experience in development projects and delivery commitments, providing you with the collective knowledge and expertise of our entire team. Because our processes and culture are designed for close collaboration—even across project boundaries—we create added value through knowledge-sharing, making each project a rewarding experience for everyone involved.
Svekon’s entire model is based on taking on projects and commitments in-house and solving them collaboratively in teams. Since our culture is rooted in teamwork, you as a client gain access to more than just your specific team—you benefit from Svekon’s collective expertise and experience.

Work Conducted in Facilities Designed for Development
Most of our work takes place at our in-house facilities, which are tailored to meet the demands of innovative product development. Our offices house workspaces, workshops, design labs, and electronics labs, enabling us to work seamlessly through all stages of development, ensuring efficient delivery.
Additionally, we have industrial facilities for handling larger units and machinery, equipped with expanded workshops, storage, meeting rooms, and conference areas. This allows us to conduct tests, verifications, and validations on-site.
Our facilities are custom-designed for our operations, ensuring we have everything we need to efficiently manage our projects. From open office spaces to private rooms, meeting areas, workshops, electronics labs, and 3D printers, we’re fully equipped.
Anna Olsson, Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager, Svekon
We manage our projects in-house, allowing our teams to work seamlessly from the start. Being in one location ensures everyone knows where to find the expertise they need. If additional competencies are required, they are usually within our four walls.

We have also acquired facilities where we can handle larger products and units that are less suited for our office environment. These facilities allow us to conduct testing and verification, including initial pilot series.

Your Custom-Fit Development Team
At Svekon, we specialize in assembling the right development team for each client and project. Primarily, our teams are composed of our in-house personnel, including project managers, designers, mechanical engineers, electronics engineers, and calculation specialists. If additional expertise is needed, we bring in external resources to meet your project’s requirements and expectations. Regardless of the setup, we take full responsibility for assembling a qualified, cost-effective team to lead your project or delivery from start to finish.
A development team can range in size depending on the project’s needs. For example, a team of three might handle the concept and design for a consumer product, while a team of 20 could manage a complete delivery commitment.
We prioritize transparency and mutual trust, often integrating our teams with our clients to form joint project groups. However, if you prefer to oversee the process without direct involvement, our development teams are fully equipped to take full responsibility for your project.
