Svekon has been in operation for over 50 years. During this time, we have refined our approach and developed highly effective processes that streamline our work. These processes ensure every project runs efficiently and profitably—while adhering to ecological, economic, and social sustainability. Our project process is adaptable to the scope and phase of each project.
Across all projects, we establish a project organization divided into two parts: a governing body and an executing team. The governing body makes decisions, while the executing team ensures those decisions are implemented. The governing group consists of project owners from Svekon and project clients in a steering committee. The executing team includes project managers, sub-project leaders, and team members. The goal is to create a self-sufficient project group while ensuring you, as the client, have full visibility into progress and costs.
